What families wrote to us

Messages parents sent us on WhatsApp this year, after their children started university. We share them without names. Messages written in Arabic are shown in translation, with the original beneath.

“Just wanted to say a big heartfelt thank you to you all at UniPal. You have truly been there for us throughout this whole journey, guiding us, following up and making what felt like a very complicated process so much easier. Seeing [our daughter] at her first week of uni in Spain, starting this new chapter, made us really appreciate all your support even more.”

A family, daughter at university in Spain, 2026

“First, I want to thank you all for your hard work and your sincere effort with us. Not one of you fell short. Please forgive us if we sometimes asked too many questions or our replies were a little blunt. It was our first time. With our younger children, God willing, we will know how it all works.”
